HOW TO USE THE GLAZE
Sprinkle desired amount over meat. Leave to allow glaze to develop. Cook as usual.TIP
If you don’t have time to wait.
Mix approx. 3 parts glaze with 2 parts water, to form a sauce. Add more glaze or water to your taste. Spread over meat and cook as usual.***This glaze will also give a flavourful twist to plain old mince or sausages! Make a sauce (as above), or just sprinkle the powder over and cook as usual.***
Want to make your homemade burger patties next level delish? Make a sauce (as above) with your favourite glaze, or just sprinkle the powder through your usual burger-pattie ingredients. Mix. Set. Cook as usual.***These glazes make great last minute sauces for a side dish of cooked rice or noodles.
